Tower Court takes its name from Tower Farm and the prominent Wollaston Water Tower that stands on Irchester Road at the north-eastern edge of the village. The water tower became a familiar landmark — and a useful visual marker for Tower Farm's private grass airstrip nearby.
The present courtyard offices occupy or adjoin the former farm outbuildings. Commercial records show the site as built in 1881 and renovated in 1997 — the same stone bones, repurposed for a new century of village life.
