Awbery's Tea Rooms
The heart of the Courtyard
A proper English tea room serving light lunches, homemade cakes and hot drinks. The perfect reason to turn off the High Street and discover what lies beyond the wall.

Rural retail, trades & beauty — tucked just off the High Street in the former farm outbuildings of The Limes.
The Limes on the High Street was once a working farm. Its outbuildings — stone-built, solid, and full of character — have been thoughtfully repurposed into what is now Wollaston Courtyard.
Today those same buildings house tea rooms, a working blacksmith, fairtrade crafts, specialist bakers and more. It is one of the village's most characterful corners, and a fine example of older buildings finding new purpose without losing their soul.
